A Discipline That Lets the Mind Breathe
"Art at Work" is a unique discipline designed to let the mind breathe through a convention-breaking methodology. This program is crafted to unlock the "authentic" use of personal resources, enhancing what already exists and building resilience.
Our work fills the vast majority of our lives with great intensity. How much can we breathe amid tasks, responsibilities, expectations of success, and never-ending efforts to keep up? We know that creativity is lost within this cycle that condemns the mind to automatic reactions. How good it feels to take a deep breath in between...
We seek answers to these questions through "Art at Work." We come together for a focused 1.5-hour art session to take a breath, to look at life through the window of colors and play. Because art opens the way for self-expression and creating new perspectives.
Enables the authentic and novel use of personal resources. Opens the participant’s thinking space that narrows through habit, making their capacity for generating alternatives visible.
Rebuilds bonds within the team on an intuitive level beyond rational definitions. The shared production space strengthens the capacity for feeling together and thinking together.
Opens the way for making new connections and creating new perspectives. The participant finds the opportunity to look at their work life with a fresh, non-automatic eye.
This experience, which may seem like a short break, refreshes the participant’s mental space, activating expression, relationship-building, and reframing skills.
For 20 years, we have accompanied companies of different sizes across different industries in finding the answer to this very question. We start with a conversation.
